Industrial Long-Burning Solid Fuel Boilers

Industrial long-burning solid fuel boilers (for example, ECO MANUAL type V, ECO MANUAL type H, KTT HEAVY series) are designed for heating large buildings, facilities, and industrial sites. These steel water-heating boilers operate on solid fuels such as anthracite, coal, firewood, and briquettes, and can function in manual fuel-loading mode. They offer a wide range of capacities, typically from 75 to 600 kW, with 6 mm thick steel used in their construction.

A key feature is the extended burning time of up to 24 hours. These boilers have an enlarged combustion chamber and high efficiency, ranging from 83% to 90% and higher.

They can be equipped with automation that maintains the set temperature, controls the circulation pump, and allows connection to a room thermostat. Optionally, they can be fitted with an automatic torch pellet burner for pellet operation.

Models in the KTT HEAVY series also feature a combined heat exchanger design and come with a controller and fans for automatic temperature regulation.
